Vertical tastings are when you have one type of wine from several different vintages. It allows you to taste what happens as wine ages. 

Horizontal tastings are when we select one vintage and one grape and choose different regions so you can taste the influence that regions have on the final wine!

Want to taste old wine without having to wait decades? Here is your chance. We select an old and a new bottle to compare the two wines and see how they evolve and see why wine gets better with age. 

Want to expand your knowledge of South African wines? Want to have a flight of German white and red wines? Want some Italian wines to go with your Italian dinner you're cooking? This would be a great option for you!

Have a specific theme in mind? Want a flight of sparkling wines? Just want to try something new and sweet? We can curate the event to be whatever you want. We can keep it education focused or use focus on having lots of fun! If you can dream it, we can do it!
